Janet Houlis is a professional with over 33 years of  HR, People and Change Management experience focused across multi-disciplined communities.  Janet has extensive experience working Nationally and Internationally with CEO’s, Global HRDs, Global Finance Directors, Operations Directors, Managers, Teams, and Employees.  She has managed a portfolio of FTSE 100 Clients in the HR & Payroll Outsourcing space with one of her major Clients being the  BBC.  Janet oversaw the execution and delivery of £3.6 million total contract revenue as well as steered operations in the UK, Philippines, and India as a key commercial and business partner, contributing to business development strategies.  She steered a global payroll transformation project to consolidate 11 independent payroll suppliers operating across 19 countries within EMEA (Europe, The Middle East & Africa), APAC (Asia-Pacific) and Americas.  Janet has championed Equity, Diversity and Inclusion throughout her career as the HR lead for recruitment, L&D and general workforce management, developing a strong understanding of the Equality Act and execution of equal opportunities within the workplace to empower talent in an inclusive environment.

Louisa has a 17-year career in operations management and HR roles including Talent management. She is the Founder of 'BAME to Boardroom', an initiative that supports businesses to develop Black, Asian and minority ethnic talent into leadership roles; building confident, focused, high performing, and diverse teams, which in turn impact on organisational culture. Louisa also works with organisations on developing inclusive leadership and has developed a 'Race at Work Dialogue Programme', enable a free-flowing exchange of thoughts, ideas and points of view.
